These booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Connemara Rentals so please read them carefully. Nothing in these booking conditions affects your normal statutory rights. Receipt of deposit/partial or full payment, regardless of method of payment, constitutes acceptance of all current booking terms and conditions.

Bookings

1. Please note that we require the agreed booking deposit (or for short lead bookings, full payment) to be paid in order to complete your booking. If the booking deposit is not received by the agreed date we reserve the right to release the dates booked and advertise the dates in question as available.
2. An enquiry does not constitute a provisional booking and until the dates in question are booked, they are available for booking on both the Connemara Rentals website and other booking platforms.
3. Payment may be made by bank transfer or Paypal.

The rate quoted includes the current rate of Value Added Tax

Booking Deposit Requirement

1. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of payment is due by 120 days prior to arrival for Sunnybank House, or 60 days prior to arrival for our other properties. If you are booking within 120/60 days prior to arrival, payment of the full rate is required.

2. Once your deposit is received we will issue a booking confirmation to you, incorporating these terms and conditions.

3. The balance of payment due date will be stated in your confirmation, and we would ask that when you are paying by bank transfer or PayPal, that you organise for the transfer to be made by that date.

Rates: Please refer to the current rates list on our website for details of weekly rates. All rates quoted are in Euros. We reserve the right to amend rates, at our discretion, at certain times of the year.
Short break rates are available outside of June/July/August/ Christmas and Easter- please email us for details.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €300 for this house will be required prior to arrival. This is standard procedure in case of breakages, damage or soiling.

Utilities

Utilities are included in the rate quoted except for Sunnybank House where they are metered and are charged at the national domestic rate at the time of departure. You will be provided with a reading at the beginning and end of your stay and the amount is payable upon departure.

Facilities

Each of our properties is well equipped to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Towels, linen and toiletries are supplied as standard as well as kitchen basics and fire/fuel starter pack for the fires.

Arrival / Departure

You are welcome to arrive any time after 4pm  – if you will arrive much later than this or are delayed please let us know so that arrangements can be made. The number of guests must be limited to the number booked, otherwise we reserve the right to forfeit the booking in question. Departure is by 10am on the day of departure. We may be able to facilitate a later departure if there are no other arrival/departures in the house on the same day, please enquire.

Normal Cancellation Policy

The Townhouse House: Bookings can be cancelled up to 60 days in advance without incurring a penalty, thereafter deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days are non refundable.

Please note that if you book through a third party agent / platform/ website such as Airbnb or VRBO, terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, may differ.
